friendly staff quiet location beautiful garden malfunctioning air conditioning unchecked floor misleading rating
I found the hotel staff super friendly. the location was ideal. It was close to everything, yet quiet. we enjoyed the beautiful garden.
the hotel called itself '5 star' but i don't think it lives up to it. the air conditioning in the room wasn't functioning properly. also, a glass broke, i cleared it and told the reception but they did not double-check the floor for shards (i was a little worried).

water taxi arrival departure drinks lovely garden cold mini-bar improper air conditioning incorrect information
the arrival by water taxi was amazing!!! the staff offered arrival and departure drinks. the garden outside provided a lovely space to relax and have breakfast. the breakfast staff was friendly and professional.
the mini-bar fridge in the room wasn't cold. the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly. the hotel provided incorrect information regarding restaurant bookings.

what a fantastic getaway!
stylish design comfortable bed polite staff
The hotel occupies a beautiful 17th-century building, it has a very unique and stylish design! the beds were super comfortable. I slept like a log. the staff were so polite and always ready to help, really lovely!
The room faced the toilets for general hotel use, so there were constant noises at all hours. It wasn't ideal! i wish that room had better sound insulation, it would really improve the experience.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. it offers easy access to major attractions, so it's super convenient. It's a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. there are many good restaurants, all within walking distance.
